About Expressway Bus Seat Reservations
Some expressway bus routes require advance reservations, while others do not.

Kyushu Expressway Bus Reservation Center
(8:00～19:00)
Please contact us with your name, phone number, date of boarding, the route used, and number of passengers.
Reservations can be made at service desks throughout Kyushu.
Reservations open one month before your travel date, and can be made up to 10 minutes prior to the selected service is scheduled to depart from the bus stop where you plan to board or its journey origin.
After reserving your expressway bus seat
At the expressway bus arrival/departure counter, please provide the reservation number (user's phone number) you were asked for at the time of reservation.
You will receive a seat reservation ticket.
Board the Expressway Bus

Please present your SUNQ PASS
+ seat reservation ticket when boarding.
(1) The ticket counter may be crowded just before the departure time. Please allow plenty of time to pick up your ticket.
(2) If you have not reserved a seat in advance, please present your SUNQ PASS at the ticket counter
and make a reservation for the route and departure time.
(3) Expressway buses on routes that do not require reservations may not be available if the bus is full.

(1) Check the availability or pre-book your seat can be made online, at ticket counter or over the phone. When pre-booking your seat by phone, please mention that you plan to use SUNQ PASS.
(2) After purchasing a SUNQ PASS, please tell the staff at the ticket counter that you have pre-booked your seat and provide your registered phone number. You will receive a seat reservation ticket.
(3) Note: You can amend or cancel your reservations up to 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time from the boarding stop or the route’s starting point.
If you use Kyushu Odan Bus, Aso Sanjo Line, Asochiho-go, Amapo and Miyazaki Shin-Yatsushiro Line (B&S Miyazaki), apply at the reservation center listed below.
