After reserving your Express Bus seat
At the Express Bus arrival/departure counter, please provide the reservation number (user's phone number) you were asked for at the time of reservation.
You will receive a seat secure ticket.
Board the Express Bus

Please present your SUNQ PASS
+ seat secure ticket when boarding.
(1) The ticket counter may be crowded just before the departure time. Please allow plenty of time to pick up your ticket.
(2) If you have not reserved a seat in advance, please present your SUNQ PASS at the ticket counter
and make a reservation for the route and departure time.
(3) You may not be able to board the bus if it is full.

(1) Before purchasing a SUNQ PASS, you can make a tentative reservation for Express Bus availability and seats by phone, at the counter, or on the Internet. When making a tentative reservation by phone, please mention that you plan to use the SUNQ PASS.
(2) After purchasing the SUNQ PASS, you can pick up your reserved ticket at the counter using the phone number registered at the time of tentative reservation.
(3) Reservations can be changed or cancelled up to 30 minutes prior to the departure time of the first bus stop. Please note that this is not 30 minutes prior to the boarding time.
(For example, if you wish to board an Express Bus departing from Hakata Bus Terminal at 10:00 a.m. and boarding at Kiyama at 11:00 a.m., you may change or cancel your reservation up to 9:30 a.m.)
If you use the Kyushu Odan Bus or Miyazaki Shin-Yatsushiro Route (B&S Miyazaki), the place to apply for reservation is different.
